Bill Gates Offered $10 Million Bribe for Forcing a Mandatory Vaccination Bill in Nigeria; According to CUPP

A couple of weeks ago, reports circulated the internet about Bill Gates’ act of bribery of $10 million to Nigeria’s House of Representative, demanding to fast track a bill that would allow mandatory coronavirus vaccination on Nigerian citizens even though there is no approved vaccine yet for this “mysterious” disease. According to the statement by the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP), the group has “intercepted a human intelligence report that the Nigeria House of Representatives leadership was poised to forcefully pass the compulsory vaccine bill without subjecting it to the traditions of legislative proceedings”.

The spokesperson of the opposition political parties, Barrister Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, has signed the issued statement that was also sent to DAILY POST in Abuja. In this statement, the coalition has rejected the bill while also warning that Femi Gbajabiamila, the speaker of the house committee, will be impeached if he insists that the bill should be passed. The bill that would allow mandatory vaccination was supposed to be passed on May 5, just a few days after it was proposed.

According to the statement:

Opposition Coalition (CUPP) has intercepted very credible intelligence and hereby alerts Nigerians of plans by the leadership of the House of Representatives led by Femi Gbajabiamila to forcefully and without adherence to the rules of lawmaking to pass the Control of Infectious Diseases Bill 2020 otherwise known as the Compulsory Vaccination Bill which is proposing a compulsory vaccination of all Nigerians even when the vaccines have not been discovered.

This will manifest in a wishy-washy public hearing which the promoters still insist on cancelling under the pretext of containment of the spread of the coronavirus. The intelligence is that the House will under whatever guise pass the Bill tomorrow 5th May, 2020 upon resumption.

The Nigeria opposition rejects the Bill and urges opposition lawmakers in the House of Representatives to confront the Speaker of the House with these facts tomorrow at plenary and resist every plan to illegally pass the Bill.

It also urged other lawmakers to clear their names by stating opposition to the said anomalous bill:

All opposition lawmakers should prove they are not part of the evil or partakers of the financial inducement and confront Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila to come clean. Let all parliamentary rules be dropped and opposition members should turn the House upside down using their parliamentary privileges if that is what it takes to stop this foreign-sponsored Bill.

Why make a law for a vaccine that has not been discovered? Does it mean that Femi Gbajabiamila and the promoters have an idea of the vaccine and when it will be ready? When nations like Madagascar are making local remedies which is working, APC is making a law to compulsorily inject Nigerians with vaccines our former slave masters have not yet discovered. The plan to push the passing of the bill is evil.

The statement has also assured that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) is not part of the anomaly and illegal attempt by Bill Gates:

The NCDC did not make any contributions to the drafting of the Bill and has even told Femi Gbajabiamila to suspend the Bill as the timing is very wrong but Mr. Gbajabiamila believes he can secure the silence and acquiescence of the NCDC with all the illegal powers been provided for the NCDC in the Bill hence he still wants to push ahead with it the passage.

Given that Bill Gates has been using millions of dollars through his front philanthropy effort the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and with the help of the biggest pharmaceutical companies, this is not unlikely to happen. In many reports, experts have been well articulating Bill Gates strategy to trick politicians in many parts of the world into approving his controversial and sinister vaccination campaign that faced a lot of opposition due to injury and deaths in many African countries. In one article about the BMGF and the WHO, this is what it says:

It can therefore be said that the BMGF and thus the Gates family and Warren Buffett are the main source of income for the WHO through direct and indirect channels, which raises questions about its independence from these sources of finance. In addition, the BMGF also provided funding for the establishment of the “Coalition for Epidemic Prevention Innovation” (CEPI), which is concerned with the research and development of vaccines, amounting to around $100 million in 2017. In addition, the Foundation regularly supports non-governmental organisations such as PATH, which are involved in the development of vaccination technologies, with millions of dollars in funding. The list of BMGF’s beneficiaries also includes the largest global pharmaceutical companies, such as Pfizer, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi Aventis. The comprehensive influence of the BMGF in the vaccination sector is therefore obvious.

Emphasizing the problem of this unethical and illegal act of bribery, the coalition continued to state:

We understand that the House is resolute to pass the bill and it has fixed Tuesday, May 5, 2020 for presentation of the report of the Committee of the Whole and clause by clause voting on the bill without public hearing or consultation with relevant stakeholders. This runs contrary to the principles of effective and inclusive lawmaking.

The Bill violates key principles of legislative drafting rules mandating laws to be simple, clear and unambiguous. This leaves room for significant amount of discretion on the part of the implementing authorities and limits the rights of citizens and respective institutions to question decisions taken in the exercise of the powers provided in the Bill.
