This new platform combines 5G, IoT, digital twin, data analytics, RPA and AI technologies with robots and automation to create a first-ever totally integrated approach to the complex business of facility and infrastructure management. The platform will be designed to enable, among other features, predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, automated reporting, two-way communications and active/adaptive control, all working seamlessly together. Deploying it, we envisage facility managers to be able to optimise their operations and achieve performance and productivity improvements in ways not possible before.

"We are excited to join with CBM to build this most innovative platform product. We fully expect that our joint initiative will prove to be game-changing for facility managers everywhere. This platform, when operationalised, will bring unprecedented efficiency and productivity for managers, and also an exceptional quality of service for their clients," said Peter Joo Hee Ng, Willowmore's Chairman.

The collaboration between Willowmore and CBM brings together two leading lights in their respective domains. Willowmore, already safeguarding thousands of telecom towers, is IMDA-accredited and presently fitting out smart systems to secure critical infrastructure in Asia Pacific. Already known for its enterprise-grade smart locks, Willowmore possesses cutting-edge capabilities in AI-powered access control, IoT and video analytics. CBM is a reputable integrated facilities management company, serving both public and private sectors, providing class-leading service and full-spectrum solutions for building owners.

"We are delighted to collaborate with Willowmore Pte Ltd to create a smart integrated FM platform that will transform facility management by unifying different types of FM services. This product will complement CBM's existing in-house platform – digiHUB, which currently helps building owners lower their cost of managing multiple properties," said Roy Chiang, CEO of CBM Pte Ltd. "This partnership is a testament to our commitment to providing our clients with the latest and most innovative solutions."

"This partnership places Willowmore's leading edge product at the forefront of industry adoption and will provide tangible pathways to expand into the FM vertical. We envision this intuitive real-time platform will help more facilities companies to optimise and raise work productivity, setting the benchmark for the industry in Singapore and regionally" said Edwin Low, Director of Enterprise & Ecosystem Development division of Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore.

The Willowmore-CBM smart integrated facilities management platform will be available later this year. Businesses interested in learning more about it can visit the Willowmore's (https://www.willowmore.com.sg/) and CBM's (https://www.cbm.com.sg/) websites for more information.
